Our classes 2.5  hr casting classes are usually held weekly during the busier months and we do these classes year round. We can do 2 handed and single handed instruction. Dates and sign ups below or if you have your own group get at me to set up a date that works for you.


If you bought a discount voucher for a 101 casting class read this! We appreciate your business and look forward to meeting you. As we fill up classes we will add more till everybody has done the them. These are group classes at designated times with a program.

Please read the Q and A below:
I am brand new is that a problem? No this is a class for learning we get beginners all the time.

When are the classes? The dates are listed below with more to be listed as they fill up. Most of the classes will be held at the Skykomish or Stillaguamish River (aprox 45 - 1:15 min from seattle).

I have a buddy that wants in the class, what do I do? Call me - Mike - 425-330-9506. We can work with you to set it up but we would need the payment for the class before you add him to a list.

Where do we meet? We will meet at a designated riverside location. Each class will have a itinerary with time's and meeting places posted.

What do you go over in the class? Each class is a little different, the skill levels are usually all over the board. We will go over quite a few things but the main points are; roll casting, double hauling, how to feed line and how to properly make a single handed cast.

How big are the group classes? It will vary but most will be up to 5 people per guide.

What kind of rod should I bring if I have one? Bring what you have but a 5 - 8 wt. is perfect.

How long have you guys been doing this? Our guide service was started in 1986.
