Since 1990, Dickson has been quietly guiding a few steelhead flyfishing clients down the Grande Rondes' roadless section, from Shoemaker Grade to the mouth



We take only 3 anglers per trip. Now we will be the first to admit, this trip is all riverside. Unless you enjoy chasing steelhead all 3 days in a remote area, this trip is not for you.

We have figured out the simple but very comfortable 3-day camping. We have now expanded into outdoor cooking for evening meals. Fishing is the fishing; most of you already know the Ronde and its desert steelhead.



Trips are centered on the days of October, to take advantage of the best steelhead surface flyfishing. We are happy to talk about specific dates.
