Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take out novices?

We specialize in teaching new anglers the art and science of taking salmon and steelhead on a fly.

Which waters do you guide?

Check out our callander.
My fishing Calendar is set up on a monthly basis. I fish steelhead on streams north of Seattle, namely; the Skykomish,Stilly, Skagit and the Sauk each spring. I head to Alaska in late April and come back to the Stilly to fish Summer steelhead until the fall. On odd years, fall finds me on the Skagit from August through November chasing Salmon and on even years I head for the Grande Ronde. Winter, I head south to fish Blue Water in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

How long have you been guiding professionally?

Dennis has been guiding s ince the early Eighties and Mike has been guiding since 1995.
